Where are you located?

We’re based in the United States, in San Jose. While some of our fulfillment centers are in the USA, others are located in various countries worldwide, which allows us to ship internationally at efficient costs.

When will my item ship?

Most orders are processed and placed in the mail within 3-5 business days. If for some reason we encounter a delay, we’ll let you know ASAP.

How long does shipping usually take?

Because we source many of our products from manufacturers around the globe in order to give you the best prices, please allow 10-20 days for delivery. International shipments can take longer depending on the customs process at the destination country.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please be very careful to enter your correct address when ordering (use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly). We do not take responsibility for incorrect information that is submitted to us.

If the package is ‘RETURNED NON-DELIVERABLE’ we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus shipping charges (if applicable).

What’s your policy for returns and exchanges?

Our #1 goal is to provide you with unique, high-quality products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at info@gizmoowl.com so we can make it right.

Our standard return/refund policy lasts 30 days. If you would like to return your item for a refund or replacement within a 30-day window after purchasing, we’ll accommodate, no questions asked.

If your product breaks or is otherwise defective outside of the 30-day window, please contact us, and we’ll help in any way we can. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Is it safe to shop at this website?

Yes. We use only the most secure payment processors (PayPal,  PayPal Cred Car, etc.) and never share your information with anyone.

Your purchase will never have any hidden charges or hidden subscription fees.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.
